Jael Strauss, America’s Next Top Model Cycle 8 finalist, has settled her lawsuit. The 22-year-old contestant on the model search competition had filed an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against her former agent Christopher Donahue and a photographer named Marc Baptiste for publishing without permission her nude pictures when she was still a minor.
